†††  – The U.S. Supreme Court held the imposition of the death penalty for offenses committed when the defendant was under 18 years of age under constitutional in Roper v. Simmons, 543 U.S. 551 (2005).

∆  –  Committed while using or exhibiting a deadly weapon or by individual previously convicted of certain felonies or any felony for which the judgement contains a finding of use or exhibition of a deadly weapon.
